  73. Send check or money order (U.S. funds only). If you send cash, I suggest that 
  74. you get and retain a USPS form 3817 (only costs $.50) from the post office as 
  75. proof that you mailed something. Then if you do not receive your packet within 
  76. 3 to 4 weeks,send me a copy of your USPS form 3817 and I will send you another 
  77. packet after I verify your claim with the Postal Service.

  88. contacted within 90 days.  Reason for refund request must be given.

  91.    files and the flashing "THIS IS A UN-REGISTERED COPY" notice will have
  92.    been removed and replaced with a statement showing that the copy is
  93.    registered to you.
